FEES:

• 20% flat see on the host payout + GST/HST

• Cleaning: $40/hr

• Maintenance: Will contact you (small jobs: $50/hr, big jobs: contractor rate)

• All the supplies will be charged to you (Toilet paper, cleaning materials, dishwasher detergent, paper towels, garbage bags etc.)

• Lawn mowing: $50/cut

• Snow plowing: $50/plow

• Monthly invoices with all the expense details
