Lambton Shores region: Grand Bend, Ipperwash and Port Franks
I have been a cottage owner in Port Franks since the summer of 2022. While learning the business, I developed a passion for hosting guests and creating enjoyable experiences for them. I carefully considered guest feedback and made improvements based on their suggestions and expectations. My goal has always been to achieve complete customer satisfaction, and many guests have returned multiple times.
So far, I have received 131 reviews with an average rating of 4.71. I have also earned Superhost status multiple times, and my cottage has consistently been featured on the front page of Airbnb as a Guest Favorite. I know the Lambton Shores area very well, including Grand Bend, Ipperwash, and Pinery. I personally live in London, which is only a 45-minute drive away.
I have handled most of the cleaning and maintenance of my cottage myself. This allowed me to learn every detail of the property and respond quickly whenever guests needed assistance or encountered a problem. Most issues can be solved remotely because I keep a well-organized supply of extra items at the cottage that guests can access if necessary. I also perform many basic maintenance tasks myself, including repairs to fireplaces, doors, cabinets, plumbing, electrical fixtures, stairs, fences, and more. This approach helps keep costs low while ensuring guests receive fast and reliable support.
After successfully managing my own cottage, I decided to help other cottage owners who are already hosting or are considering hosting but may not have the time, experience, patience, or desire to manage their properties themselves. In the beginning, I will personally clean and inspect each cottage to fully understand the property and its details. Once everything is organized and running smoothly, my professional cleaning team will take over the regular maintenance and cleaning services.
My first priority is achieving 100% customer satisfaction. My second priority is managing your cottage as carefully and cost-effectively as I manage my own. My third priority is maintaining complete honesty and transparency regarding all costs and services.

Because of couple of reasons:
1- There is already a Lake Huron Property Management in Toronto.
2- lakehuron.ca, lakehuron.com, lakehuronpm.ca, lakehuronpm.com were all already taken but huronlake.ca was still available.
3- Because Huron Lake is unusual, people will react at first and remember it later.
