Fees

20% flat fee on the host payout + GST/HST
Cleaning: $40/hr
Maintenance: Will contact you (small jobs: $50/hr, big jobs: contractor rate)
All the supplies will be charged to you (Toilet paper, cleaning materials, dishwasher detergent, paper towels, garbage bags etc.)
Lawn mowing: $50/cut
Snow plowing: $50/plow
Monthly invoices with all the expense details
